At Timberlake, we offer a range of exceptional facilities designed to accommodate your group’s needs and elevate your conference or retreat experience. Here’s what awaits you:

Our Office

Our Office Building is the first stop of your Timberlake Retreat! This is where you will check-in your group and get information. The Office can also be used as an additional meeting space, especially if your lodging selection is our Tree House.

Typical office hours are from 8:00 – 4:00, Monday through Friday.

Dining Hall

Our Dining Hall is where we serve in-house meals tailored to your group. It also functions as a great meeting space for large groups. The Dining Hall also has multi-stall restrooms and sound system equipment available for groups use and our local team prepares meals on-site in our commercial kitchen. Special dietary needs are welcome!

Timber Treats Snack Bar

Located in our Dining Hall, Timber Treats is the perfect spot for indulgence and keepsakes. Enjoy delicious snacks, ice cream, milkshakes and a variety of souvenirs, including t-shirts and coffee mugs. We can arrange for the Timberlake staff to open Timber Treats as a fun-filled activity for your group during your stay!

Meeting Spaces

Timberlake Ministries Retreat Center offers a variety of meeting spaces for your group depending on your group’s unique needs. Options include: Cedar Hill, the Retreat Center, the Dining Hall as well as our Office. Our staff is ready to recommend the perfect meeting space to accommodate you!

Lodging at Timberlake

Comfortable lodging options for up to 264 guests are available to fit any budget. Timberlake still offers that wonderful camp-like experience that our parents remember, but this isn’t your parent’s “church camp”. Our attention to detail, exciting adventure activities and exceptional service puts Timberlake Ministries Retreat Center above the rest!
