Group Cordinator
Please tell us which meals you will be eating in the Dining Hall. **Timberlake provides up to 3 meals per night of your stay included in your retreat price** Example: Friday Supper through Monday Lunch
Meals
I understand that meal times are: Breakfast 8:00 am, Lunch 12:00 pm, and Dinner 6:00 pm. Please ensure your group is on time for meals.
Traditional arrival times are 3pm and departure times are 9am. Please note that other groups are scheduled around your arrival and departure time. Any alterations you would like to make to these times, apart from your original request MUST be approved through the Timberlake Ministries office email Prior to your arrival.

Activites
Please note, the activities selected are a request only and are NOT guaranteed until confirmed and Agreement is signed. Our Playground, Lake, Pavilion, Gym and Arcade are included in your reservation. *Additional Charges for use
Audio/Video Equipment Use
Timberlake offers use of screens, projection (video) and audio equipment for a minimal fee, or you may bring your own equipment for use during your rental.

Reservation Terms
Before arriving at Timberlake, we will assign your meeting areas and lodging based on all conference group needs, the size of groups, proximity and the spaces available. While we try to accommodate every request and need,, we are not always able to grant your first choice of lodging or meeting space or dates.
Number of Attendees
Timberlake will provide lodging for the number you expect to attend. If your group surpasses your reserved number, we can not guarantee lodging unless you first confirm with us.
Activities
Fee based activities are special requests. Rates are a per person price and applies to the entire group. Please keep in mind that weather does affect our ability to do the Adventure Activities. . Adventure activities must be determined no less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. We will work with you to schedule a time for the Adventure Course that works for your group and our staff.
Lake Activities
All lake and swimming activities are at your own risk. Life jackets must be worn at all times while in canoes and kayaks – NO EXCEPTIONS! No swimming in the lake. Groups may be asked to leave the campus in violation of these rules.
Adventure Activities
Adventure Course rental and all associated rates apply to ENTIRE GROUP, regardless of number of actual participants. Price is a per person price.
Pets
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMP PROPERTY. Unfortunately, if they are present on campus, we will ask you to take them home immediately and your group is subject to a fine. It is your responsibility to convey this policy to all participants in your group. *Certified service animals with credentials are allowed.
